UTILCALL makes and sells software utilities to use with your Avaya PBX's.
UTILCALL was created to help make the Switch Administrator's job easier. Our developers here, are also PBX developers
for other companies. With that in mind we also have our wish lists and hopes
that the vendor will fill in some of the gaps. Unfortunately with a system this complex it sometimes takes a third party to do this.
There are many tasks when it comes to administrating your own switch, documentation, trouble shooting, configuration
(to name a few). Our goal is to remove some of the tedious tasks in your job so that you can focus on the things
that are more challenging, and let's face it, more interesting!
